- Butter - Melted butter is the second and final ingredient in the simple graham cracker crust.
- Cream cheese - The foundation of the cheesecake mixture, be sure your cream cheese is at room temperature before beating.
- Sugar - A bit of sugar sweetens the cheesecake mixture and reduces some of the tartness of the cream cheese.
- Lemon - Lemon zest and fresh lemon juice add the perfect, bright lemon flavor to this no-bake cheesecake recipe.

The resulting cheesecake is creamy with a lovely lemon flavor infused throughout. Top the cheesecake with lemon zest and plump blueberries for the ultimate treat.
